Why I built C2C while building something else
In December 2025 I was building SoloCEO — a full company OS for solo founders. Board of directors, pipeline, nerve centre, the works.
Three months in I realised something uncomfortable: the product was solid. The distribution was dead.
I had no audience. No system for building one. No way to get in front of the founders who needed it.
So I stopped.
Not because SoloCEO was wrong. Because I'd skipped the step that makes everything else work: getting to your first customers.
C2C is what I built to solve that. Not for other founders first — for myself.
The thesis: distribution isn't a marketing problem. It's a behaviour problem. Founders avoid it because it feels uncomfortable, not because they don't know what to do.
Alex exists to make the uncomfortable work unavoidable.
That's the whole product.
Before C2C and SoloCEO I spent years running sales across finance, industrial supplies and chemicals — businesses where distribution wasn't optional, it was the whole game.
